Young Female Patient – Complex Implant Rehabilitation in Upper Left Jaw
A young patient presented with multiple missing teeth in the upper left jaw. Diagnostic imaging revealed inadequate bone volume and compromised bone quality in the sinus floor region, posing a significant challenge for implant placement.
Despite these anatomic limitations, dental implants were successfully placed using advanced techniques suited for poor-quality bone. Within 5 days, the patient was restored with a functional and aesthetic transitional restoration, ensuring immediate improvement in chewing ability and smile aesthetics.
She will continue with this provisional restoration for a healing period of three months, following which she will receive a final prosthesis fabricated in high-strength zirconia, offering long-term durability and superior esthetics.
The patient will be enrolled in a structured annual maintenance protocol to ensure long-term success and implant health.
